Send a booking request
Great! You’re happy with your quote, and now want to book your car in for a service.
The third and final step is as easy as the previous two: Simply fill in the form with your Registration Number, Contact details and your preferred date and collection point. When you’ve completed it – click submit.
We’ll confirm your booking request has been sent – and also send you a confirmation email.
What happens next
As soon as we receive your request, one of our advisors will book your car in with a local Prestige service centre.
Our advisor will then call you to confirm your booking and arrange the collection and delivery of your car.
They will also ask you if there are any other things you’d like us to look at. (i.e Faulty bulbs, rattles etc).

Our operations centre will also keep you up to date throughout process, by phone, email or text … whichever you choose. We’ll even send you a little reminder prior to the day of your service.
A courtesy driver will collect your car from the agreed pick up point, normally between 8am and 10am (or at an agreed time). The driver will have ID and a collection form. After a quick vehicle inspection, we’ll need your signature before taking your car to one of our nearest service centres.
On arrival at our Service Centre, your car will be inspected by a technician prior to the Service.
If you’ve asked us to investigate anything specific, we’ll do this at the same time and report back to you the same day. If our inspection identifies any other issues, we’ll contact you for further instructions and quote for parts and labour. You’re under no obligation whatsoever to have any extra work done and you remain free to make your own arrangements.
Your car is then serviced according to our itemised service schedule, in line with manufacturer guidelines, using only genuine OE quality parts. Each point is thoroughly checked by our qualified technicians. All work is covered by our 12 months parts and labour guarantee.
Once the work has been completed, we’ll carry out a further quality control check to ensure everything’s been covered. Your service book will then be stamped and kept fully compliant with your car’s warranty.
Our operations centre will call you to confirm that your vehicle is ready for delivery, and take phone payment via credit or debit card. Our pricing is totally transparent. Unless you’ve specifically authorised additional work, the price you were quoted is the price you’ll pay – inclusive of VAT, parts, labour, collection and delivery.
