Most queries will be responded to on the same day, however due to lower staffing levels outside of normal working hours it is possible some queries will be responded to on the following working day.
Prestige Car Servicing take all complaints seriously and if you do have an issue with the service we provided or the quality of the work, we guarantee to recollect your vehicle, rectify the problem then clean and return for no additional charge.

Our UK Operations centre is open between 8am and 10pm, seven days a week and we are happy to take your call, alternatively you can email us or use the form below to request a call back or for a quote for any makes or models of vehicle we do not have listed.
